Summary: Loved this property! Everything is brand new and well organized. The house is high up on a hill looking down at great views of the lake with 3 levels of sitting areas from the porch, fire pit, and dock. There are 2 kayaks and fishing poles. We were only a few minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor but it was so quiet and relaxing. Will definitely come back!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this cottage on Appalachee Pond! The house is brand new and has been thoughtfully set up, even down to the labels on lightswitches identifying what lights they operate. We had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch looking down at the pond (which is quite large) and frequently took the kayaks out to explore the scenery. The house is only a few minute drive to "downtown" Boothbay Harbor with its cute stores and excellent restaurants. It's even closer to the Lobster co-op which will prepare your dinner for takeout which we took advantage of several time. The property manager, Pam was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We can't wait to come back!

Summary: The space was perfect for our family of four and very true to the listing. We appreciated the well thought out touches, including wiping down the outside furniture and making grill utensils easy to find. The welcome book was also very helpful. The boys enjoyed the fishing rods and we all took advantage of the nice kayaks. This new build has a great outdoor set up and the kitchen is also great for anyone who wants to cook a meal in. We loved sitting on the porch and dock, overlooking the pond. The King bed in the master was comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
