Summary: Generally quite good, however bins were overflowing when we arrived. 5 days to bin day. Host addressed this a a broken bed promptly. Well presented and aircon was great. Would certainly book again in similar circumstances.

Summary: Pros: great location, close to shops and food, full amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher, bbq), mostly good beds, wifi was included and had good speed, kitchen was well stocked with crockery, etc, a very comfy couch in the main livibg room, great outdoor table, 3 x TVs. Cons: house looks tired and needs a general freshen up, the matress in bedroom 2 desperately needs to be replaced, the plugs in the sink and trough leak and don't hold water, the couch in the second lounge room is worn and the spings poke you, and the carpet is grubby and really needs replacing. Overall: we enjoyed our stay and would come again - the house is simple and does need a freshen up, but it is still a great hub for exploring the Perth area. Nothing luxurious, but all the necessities.

Summary: A group of officials with early starts/late evenings, this property was perfect for us being 10 mins away from Champion Lakes Regatta Centre. Nearby McDonalds for morning coffee's, plus Coles/Woolies/Aldi nearby were very handy. House items have been well thought about and it catered to all our needs in a nice quiet location. Would stay again for sure.

Summary: This property is a great property and in an ideal location for what we wanted and what we were planning to do. The accommodation was ideal for us, and I can understand why the outside area is set out like it is but I would not like to recommend this property for a family with children under 10 years of age approximately. This is because there is no room for the younger ones (even some teens) to let off some energy -depending on what you have done during the day, and each family will (should) know what their own children are like. I hope this is OK and helps future travellers. We enjoyed it. Thank you.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable with 4 good size bedrooms and 2 bath (including 1 master suite). The house has excellent wifi and 3 TVs with Netflix if you prefer to kickback and watch a movie. The kitchen and living room has an open room plan which makes it very spacious for large groups with an easy access back yard for grilling. Kitchen comes equiped with utensils if you prefer to do some cooking. The house had a washer and dryer which was a major convenient given we were traveling in from the United States and we did not bring a lot of clothes. Given the scorching hot December temperature it was great to have a nice central AC. If I were to nit-pick the only recommendation would be to dryer was not very efficient at times and needed to be run for a long time. Likely needs a service. Overall, this would be a great location for families to get together. The neighborhood is super quiet and the stores are only 5 min drive.
