Summary: Wow ! We didn’t want to leave ! Super secure and spacious with parking, breakfast on the rooftop was brilliant.Our children enjoyed the beautiful garden , (I think the stairs tired them out ) we all had a brilliant sleep and we had everything we needed within walking distance, cafes, shops , supermarkets etc , would definitely recommend staying ,worth every penny! The only criticism I would have would be the very large spider webs (which didn’t take long to sort out) we had to clean the bath before use but otherwise it was exceptional !

Summary: Lovely apartment with an amazing shared garden. Beds were really comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and dealt with small problem immediately.

Summary: Very charming penthouse apartment in a unique and lovely property. Clean and spacious, with a private outdoor deck and shared garden. A nice retreat away from the city but still accessible.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay in the penthouse. Nice view from the roof. 10-15min to the rail station worked well. Wounderfull garden behinde the house.

Summary: Our family of 6 stayed at the cottage for four nights. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. The hosts were super friendly, the cottage was amazing and the garden was spectacular. The train and shopping amenities were all within walking distance. We highly recommend this property!

Summary: The apartment was great for a family of five. 10-15 minute walk from either Mottingham or Eltham station into London. Nice backyard for kids to play. Easy walk to the highstreet for any shopping needs. The shower in the master was very small, and it is up three flights of stairs so keep that in mind if you have difficulty with stairs. Overall great place.

Summary: This property is truly excellent, everything from the huge garden to the rooftop dinning/drinks table. We stayed here with two adults and four children and I have to say it did not disappoint, Alan and Lana were perfect hosts and did everything to ensure we had a excellent stay. The apartment is very modern and clean, really couldn't find any fault at all. The property is situated 8/10 mins walk from either Eltham or Mottingham train stations so it is very easy to get into London centre.

Summary: This is a great apartment. We had two adult couples and had two king size bedrooms with bathrooms. It was in a great neighborhood and easy to get to & from London center. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from. We had a great time meeting some of the locals. It's an easy walk to the bus station. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
