Positive: Location, thereโ€™s a grocery store and a mini mall on the ground floor. Thereโ€™s a kettle, microwave and fridge.
Negative: Rooms are small, i have to open my suitcases in the living room/kitchen. Aircon is noisy, and can hear the traffic on the hwy.
Summary: Cute and cozy, just needed a place to sleep to do our shopping before going back home.

Positive: My friends and I needed a clean place for one night in Manila near the airport before we went back home. This place was newer, about 15 minutes from MNL, and thereโ€™s a shopping center below, with lots of restaurants and a grocery store. We had an early morning flight and the host was gracious enough to meet us at 5am to check out. Itโ€™s a 2 bedroom, which was quite comfortable and a living room.
Negative: The air conditioning units were the old style boxed ones, which were loud. However, it did the job and kept the apartment cool.
