Positive: Plenty of space, comfy beds

Negative: Poor quality furnishings and decoration, particularly in kitchen which was very dated and old. Standard of cleaning was below par. A number of blinds in bedrooms were broken. Garden was a bit of a mess. Property felt a little neglected.

Positive: Good large house , amazing space and good facilities within. Close to shops, very handy. Good communication with the hosts All rooms amazing, especially the loft room!

Negative: Make sure your digital thermostat works before u settle in. Loft room bed could have been better - two mattresses instead of one : space in the middle.

Positive: Ideal location close to local facilities Easy access to city centre with a bus stop right by the property. On the whole very clean inside

Negative: Outside appearance not welcoming very unkept -rubbish all over the garden. Children were not able to play outside due to this and was one of the reasons we booked it. Beer cans left in the back garden and again very unkept. Kitchen and utility area. Needs some TLC Previously leak - flooring ruined Unable to open and close upstairs bathroom door Leaking boiler Heating was constantly on so husband had to switch boiler off. Property has lots of bits that seemed to be not finished. Advertised as king beds but singles put together
