Positive: The apartment itself was amazing! Really clean, all facilities were available, good area , comfy and the hosts were amazing at answering all questions and was there if needed!
Negative: Picking up the keys there was no one initially there so i had to call nathan who then sorted it out quite quickly

Positive: The location was great, a short 5 minute walk to the Shadwell tube stations on both the DLR and Overground. The location of the keys was a 5 minute walk from the property, and less than a minute from the entrance to the DLR station at Shadwell. Easy to pick up with a code, sent by the hosts, and drop off on the way to the tube on our way home. The host gave many options for attractions, restaurants, and activities, including ones with family, and where locally we could drop our bags for a few hours before check-in. Flat was also 10 minutes walk from some lovely pubs on the river, including the Prospect of Whitby.

Positive: Absolutely fantastic stay at White chappel city home (owner Nathan). The rooms were super clean and spacious, with a separate kitchen equipped with a dining table and a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa. The high-speed internet was a bonus, and the location was perfect - just a 5-minute walk from Shadwell station and a short stroll to the bus stop. Parking was also conveniently available. What truly made our stay stand out was Nathan's exceptional hospitality. He was always available on the phone to provide support and ensure our needs were met. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay from August 2nd and would highly recommend Nathan's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. 10/10 would stay again!"

Positive: From the time we booked, Nathan was so responsive and before arriving he provided us with a list of local shops/pubs/restaurants as a guide which was very useful in quickly finding lots of great places to have dinner nearby. The home was sparkling clean, light and airy with the amenities exactly as described. The location was amazing. Literally round the corner from Shadwell DLR station and 2 minutes away from Central London and Tower Bridge. We couldn’t have chosen a better home for our needs or a more hospitable host. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Nathan!

Positive: Nathan’s place was as described, clean, secure and very close to everything you could need. There are Supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, parks and shops all within a few minutes walk. Shadwell station is 5 mins walk for the Docklands Light railway line, an easy one stop journey to central London. Surprisingly the location is noise free, close by the Train station and major roads but could not be heard at all. Very quiet at night. Check-in was smooth and Nathan kindly allowed us to check-in super early which enabled us to get the most out of our short visit to London. We loved the place and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Positive: Great setup with the house. Comfortable, safe, close to all that Central London offers. Nathan was a responsive host, quickly providing Instructions for using the dishwasher. The parking space was a major plus and we had a fun night in London. Plenty of food and drink options a short walk away at Shadwell station and in a peaceful neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle.

Positive: Downstairs space. Parking was ok. Heating good once we figured it out except none in one of the bedrooms.
Negative: No heating in one bedroom. Plug in bath needed fixing. Cracked shelving in fridge. No coffee provided. Requested a cot it was not provided luckily we brought our travel one with us or it would have been a big problem. The downstairs toilet didn’t flush for an hour after use and there were five of us in the house.
Summary: It took a while to get sorted with everything but after that the stay was adequate for what we needed.
