Summary: The property was nice. Could use outdoor seating. All in all we had a pleasant stay. Access not provided until day of. Most access is provided at least 3 days in advance. Earlier messages not answered.

Summary: The photos of this property do not do it justice. It was clean and very spacious. This 3bd 3ba home could easily accommodate a single family or a group of 6-8 adults. The Neighbors were friendly with a hello, but pretty much mind their own business. Located 15 mins from the train station and 15 minutes to bourbon street it was easy to get to the festivities and just as easy to get away from it for a good nights rest. Uber was always available. Prices ranged between $18-40 depending on vehicle size and time if day. In research it usually runs about $9 but my visit was during the Essence Festival Weekend. Thats a huge event for the city so prices were surged everywhere. Beds were comfortable and there were tvs in every room. The bathrooms were nice. The updates to this property made the stay comfortable and we felt secure. I hope to visit again in the fall.
