Summary: We stayed here for three nights in June. We chose a house rental vs hotel because we wanted more space for our kids to roam around in as well as to be together with a few friends. I want to give a well rounded honest review of our stay. The house has some nice updates. The kitchen and bathroom on the main floor are nice and there is an adequate amount of utensils and other kitchen appliances to use. I saw two other reviews that worried me. One said the home was not clean and another didn’t receive access to the house when they should have. In our case, we received all the information to access the home days in advance, and we did find the home fairly clean, but not as clean as we hoped. We did find the host responded to our questions and concerns better at the beginning. Closer to our stay it seemed harder to get responses. What bothered us is that there is misleading information in regards to air conditioning in the home. The online listing shows there is air conditioning when there is none. We did find a window unit but it was not in the window, it was in the closet on the floor. There are fans in the house and the windows do help to open and get air flow. For us, we prefer to sleep in cooler air instead of sticky warm air. We also were sweating as we got ready for our special event we were attending each day. When we messaged the host about our concern, he did not respond. So, keep this in mind if you prefer to get ready in air conditioning or in warm air.

Summary: beds where all comfortable home has been painted lacking amenities such as furniture that was in pics there are no end tables in bedrooms lamps on floor some rooms missing furniture no air conditioning as stated kitchen good but needs more utensils such as can opener fry pan spatula veg peeler more mugs only 4 no paper towels or needs more towels bath and hand no coverings on windows no ice maker or water in fridge dish washer falling out of cabinet a clock in bedroom would have been nice only one bedroom has closet needs over door hooks to hang close or towels no full length mirror back deck could use some chairs no problems with check in code provided in time
