Summary: Contact with management was unfortunately required to get into the building and keycoded bedrooms, but they were responsive and helpful when needed. Inside was as advertised. Made full use of kitchen, without complaint. Space ended up being perfect for a total of three couples.

Summary: The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Spacious, quiet, and great communication with the management agency. The place was very safe, loved the gated courtyard. The apartment was generally very clean. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Chicago! thanks

Summary: This was a fun stay, but it was a bit weird and too much of a hassle. We have a person in our group with a mobility impairment, so be aware that there are a lot of stairs. Even after getting into the unit, each room had a locking keypad on it, not sure why and that was a bit awkward for us. Maybe not for others who want to lock their bedroom. Only one bathroom had a very small amount of toilet paper left on the roll, not enough for 6 people. We told the host about it but nothing was done. The next day, as we were leaving, we took a roll out of the bathroom downstairs at the gym area. We only stayed a night, but if we stayed longer, we might have used the big theater downstairs. Parking is a problem. We had 2 cars, and we did find parking after driving the streets a few times. We parked 2 blocks away though. My wife and I did walk to the corner margarita bar and had a few drinks, although the music was too loud for us. We are in our late 50s and the place catered to younger people. It was also very weird booking this place as it was not direct with VRBO. The day before our VRBO confirmed reservation, I got a message from the host that we were still not confirmed. It freaked me out as I had made the reservation with VRBO a month earlier. I had to complete a form that required I provide a photo of my driver's license and the credit card I booked with. It was a bit much and more than any home I have ever stayed at. I'd suggest for all the hassle, look elsewhere.

Summary: This place was very immaculate. I am very appreciative of the supreme cleanliness! Check-in process was very seamless and the host is very communitive and kind. I only stayed for a day but I fell in love with the neighborhood. Not to mention all the amenities that you can enjoy in the unit. Worth every penny! I can’t wait to stay longer.
