Summary: Joes apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful interieur. You will feel very welcome in his house because Joe and Lorna are always availabe for any question and advice. Inside you can find anything you need for a perfect stay, particularly the kitchen is very well equipped. Nothing is missing for a perfect holiday. The sea is always in sight and the balconys with its view ans sunshine are gorgeous. Its quiet in the night so that you can catch a good sleep. The Mellieha beach is reachable within 10 minutes on food. We are happy we stayed at Joes apartment and have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Summary: Our rental for the week from Joe was a wonderful experience. From the moment we were picked up from the airport by Catherine, to meeting Lorna and speaking with Joe, we had nothing but great experiences. The flat was perfect for our family of six and a perfect location. In the evenings we enjoyed the view from our balcony and the kids enjoyed the pool immensely. The neighbours were kind and wonderful to speak with. The location was excellent in terms of restaurants, grocery shopping and reaching destinations. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking forward to returning in the near future to Joe’s flat. Thank you so much Joe!

Summary: We were greeted at the property and shown the property. Wonderful location close to everything we wanted to do within walking distance, or a short 10 min walk to the bus stop with regular busses. All of which is provided in the welcome folder given by the landlord. One thing that caught us off guard was having to pay for electricity, but understood. However the apartment got so hot throughout the day that we blew through the initial installment of power within the first few days. Suggestion to the owner to install black out curtains in the living room and kitchen to make it more energy effective. overall we had a wonderful time with our family of 5 and would recommend a stay to our friends and family.

Summary: Every aspect of this rental experience was absolutely perfect. We are seasoned travellers and this apartment was undoubtedly the most well-represented place we have ever stayed in. Joe was quick to respond to us from pre through to post-booking. Lorna greeted us warmly and had prepared a lovely food package to start our vacation, which was most appreciated. The taxi services they booked for us were on time, professional and luxurious. The apartment was exactly as detailed. Beautifully appointed, very well outfitted, modern kitchen with all the conveniences of “home”. The place was spotless, with plenty of fresh towels, very comfortable beds and a huge amount of closet space in each bedroom. Internet was easily accessible. A detailed manual has been prepared for guests that is most helpful, with tips on local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The location is safe and very pretty, with a walkable rugged coastline directly in front and a beach area within a few moments walk. We reviewed our experience overall as 5 stars simply because we couldn’t put more!!!

Summary: Joe’s apartment is spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. One of the best we have stayed in. The communication from Joe and his management company was excellent and we were sent a very comprehensive package of information regarding the apartment which covered everything we needed to know. The complex is well-maintained and secure. We organised our airport transfers through Joe and the taxi was prompt and a reasonable price. The online description of the apartment is accurate. I would only mention that if you go in the winter, as we did, there is not as much sun on the terraces as you might expect from the description due to the sun being lower in the sky at this time. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance and a mini market, the Luna, which catered for all our holiday needs. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Summary: Had a lovely week in the apartment , location good only short walk to beach, bars and restaurants. On the whole well equipped however bath towels in particular need upgrading . Joe was very prompt in answering any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and first visit to Malta.
