Summary: Another good stay while in town to visit family. This unit has everything we need, including a fenced yard for the dog. Love that there's plenty of hot water for showers.

Summary: the property was fine excewpt for a few irritating exceptions. We arrived after dark at the address given but we should have been told that the entrance is only accessible from the alley belind the house. the only info provided ahead of time was the address for the upstairs rental and a picture of the door we were to enter, which was not visible from the address we were given. The code for the door was not provided until we were at tne door in the dark and rain. The space would have been cozy if we were permitted to use the gas fireplace but that was off limits. We chose to stay here because the yard was fenced in for pets but we found that several boards wwre missing from the fence and that there is escape room under the gate so be prepared for that. One of the bedroom doors does not have a door knob and is hanging askew from the top hinge. To close the door, you have to be insde the bedroom, lift the door into the frame and use the thumb lock on the inside. There is no way to close the door and latch it shut from the outside. This situation made it difficult to prevent the dog from pushing through the door and getting into the occupants suitcase. The location was great and the furnishings were comfortable. With better communication and a couple minor repairs, this would be a great place to stay

Summary: Place was great overall, only thing I would say is not meant for 6 adults, the sofa bed was small and didn’t have proper bedding/pillows although host did bring a pillow and sheets when requested

Summary: The location was great. It was close to everything - groceries, restaurants ,and parks. And in a quiet neighbourhood. It was clean and tidy. There was a nice backyard for our dog and morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay

Summary: Basement suite was great. Perfect for what we needed. People living upstair probably just walking around but was loud in the basement suite starting at 6am - 11pm. Ad said onsite parking. Owner description said parking available. Realized this the day before arriving when email came in about the arrival day. Owner as going to fix that. He was very helpful and kind to allow me to park right flush with garage. Jones Ave had a bunch of construction going on so my husband had to park on a street a block away. Thankfully the rain had stopped when we got there. Place was clean, had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond.

Summary: My only complaint has been that the ceiling is low enough to hear the upstairs neighbors but otherwise the host has been super responsive and had all the essentials needed for our week long trip. If you’re planning on hiking in North Vancouver, this is a great nearby place to stay!

Summary: Clean well taken care of lower unit. It's not perfect or premium but it is good enough as a landing pad to do North Van things. If you are tall (6'5" or over) expect to duck a lot. Big backyard in a quiet neighbourhood. Would stay again.
