Summary: This condo is great. Its clean, decorated nicely, is well stocked, had everything we needed. It has a nice floor plan and my husband and i had plenty of room. I cant find anything bad to say except that walking up to the third floor several times with groceries wasnt fun, but we expected that before we booked. This was our first visit to Habersham and what a beautiful neighborhood! Definitely recommend this condo and Habersham if you're visiting Beaufort.

Summary: We stayed in this condo for a wedding in the neighborhood. Kitchen & bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of towels. Some beds were quite saggy, others ok. Some furniture needs a refresh, but overall a nice place to stay and grateful for an easy check-in and checkout process. Good value.

Summary: The key system should be changed to a combo entry system. Given there were 3 adults would have been nice NOT to have had only the one key!! The condo itself was great, however there were issues. Both bedroom TV's didn't work, primary bedroom bathroom pocket door off hinge and husband had to do a repair on it for it to properly function. Upstairs bathtub had hair in it. Kitchen could have had better pots/pans and additional small appliances.

Summary: An absolutely lovely home in an equally lovely development. This property was spacious and sparkling clean. With four adults and a teenager, there was plenty of room for everyone. Even in the well stocked kitchen there was room for the adults when preparing meals. Plenty of furniture for everyone in living room and on porch. Not a speck of dust or dirt was noticed when we arived. Very clean. Neighborhood was beautiful and locals were very friendly. Almost everyone we encountered while on walks throughout the development said hello or waved. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again

Summary: Great place, in a fantastic community. Loved the screened in deck - even on the hottest nights the breeze and the ceiling fan made it feel tropical. We got into town sooner than expected and Elsa was able to get the place ready sooner than the normal check in time. Habersham is a great, truly beautiful neighborhood - far, far nicer even than the pictures. Would stay again for sure!
