Summary: Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt und auch nicht gut gepflegt ….ich musste meinen Hund immer im Blick haben…..damit er nicht abhaut.Das Haus soweit in Ordnung…. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktional.Umgebung sehr schön für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge.Im ganzen Okay wenn man keinen hohen Anspruch hat.

Summary: We travelled here, after flying to Paris and driving through the beautiful countryside - the Black Forest is so picturesque We were here five years ago, and the welcome was just as warm and friendly. The house is ideal for different families, spacious, modern, and has everything you could wish for There is a local outdoor pool which the children enjoyed very much, and local walks in the forest All in all, an ideal summer holiday! Go there - now!

Summary: The house is maintained to a good standard. The pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen is very well equipped and the living area is spacious. It is well equipped for young children BUT the living area is on 3 different levels with open marble stairs linking each floor. With a crawling baby and a 15 month old toddler this was a nightmare. We had to make gates and fences out of old bits of furniture and couldn't relax ll week. The house is quite dark inside and although it has a balcony and terrace neither are in the afternoon sun so we felt the large garden could be better utilised. The beds were very comfortable. We had over €200 to pay at the end for cleaning, bills and tourist tax. The Owner came in one day to water the plants without telling us in advance so rather scared one of our party who was taking a nap. Lossburg has a fantastic outdoor swimming pool which is about a 10 min walk. There is lots of cycling in the forest and catching the train back up the valley was great.

Summary: The place is absolutely clean. Mr & Mrs Schroder are very helpful and the café is great. The free bus and train pass comes in handy when the weather is poor.

Summary: Perfect for two families with lots of space. The free public transport with the tourist tax is fantastic value. The owner is really helpful and welcoming. Lots to do in the local area and tourist information is 15 minutes walk from the house, Country walks to the swimming pool and brewery and a short drive to the bear park. Take the train to Wolfach and blow your own glass vase.
