Summary: Wir sind im Rahmen eines mathematischen Seminars an der Universität Konstanz für drei Tage in das Holzhaus Oberbrändi gefahren. Die Organisation lief problemlos, und es gab ausreichend Platz für die 13 Studierenden und mich. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend; man ist schnell in Loßburg oder Freudenstadt, rund um das Haus gibt es schöne Wanderwege. Die Unterkunft kam bei allen prima an und es gab keine Probleme irgendwelcher Art. Gerne wieder!

Summary: Wir waren als Gruppe im Holzhaus Oberbrändi und haben und dort auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist super für die Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Auch die drei Bäder lassen für eine Gruppe von bis zu 14 Personen, keine Wünsche offen. Einzig das Sofa und die Esstischgruppe könnten für die Personenzahl etwas größer sein, aber mit etwas Kreativität hat sich auch dieses Problem schnell lösen lassen. Die Sauna kam bei unserer Gruppe sehr gut an und auch die Betten sind bequem und bieten ausreichend Platz. Gerne wieder!

Summary: Wir sind zu 8 angereist. Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und der CheckIn war kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Schönes großes Haus mit genügend Platz und ausreichend Badezimmer/Sitzmöglichkeiten etc.. Sauna, Whirlpoolwanne, Grill, Raclette, Kamin, Terassenmöbel.... Alles da um ein paar Tage dort zu verweilen... Der Ort bietet tolle Spazier- und Wanderwege.. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten erneuert werden (zb. Couch, Garten, Außenbeleuchtung) , aber ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Summary: Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit viel Charme. Tolle Terrasse, toller Ofen. Bequeme Betten. Die Sauna hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen. War nicht sehr gepflegt und der Weg zum Haus war nachts - trotz Aussenlicht vom Haus - nicht optimal. Das Aufheizen der Sauna ging auch sehr lange. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Summary: Es hat für uns alles gepasst...wir hatten Schnee und Sonne und konnten in der Sauna und vor dem Kamin entspannen. Wir hatten unsere 4 Hunde mit, mit denen wir direkt vom Haus aus laufen konnten. Es ist sehr ruhig in diesem kleinen Ort,perfekt zum entspannen. Der Verwalter des Hauses war sehr freundlich und hat bei Problemen unkompliziert geholfen... Ein toller Standpunkt um den Schwarzwald auch weiter zu entdecken...

Summary: Das Haus war ok, einige Mängel: Restmülltonne sehr voll, sehr unangenahm bei 30 Grad, einiges kaputt ( Fotos vorhanden), beide Gartentore schliessen nicht, Loch im Zaun (wir haben Hunde), Geschirr war nicht sehr sauber, Sonnenschirm kaputt, da müsste mal ein bisschen investiert werden :-) Rest ok, Betten und BZ und Austattung auch ok.

Summary: Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Holzhaus Oberbrändi, besten Dank ! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, ob Regen oder Sonne. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und das Haus ist in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage. Die Organisation und Kommunikation der Verwaltung war sehr professionell und stets hilfsbereit. Wir komnmen gerne wieder !

Summary: Das Holzhaus ist echt schön, super ausgestattet, man hat alles was man brauchen würde. Sehr ruhige Lage am Rande des Dorfes mit vielen Möglichkeiten Natur zu erleben. Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, und zwar, sehr schwaches WLAN Signal im UG, Mücken im Teich, keinen asphaltierten Parkplatz, etwas Verwirrungen mit dem Warmwassergerät, als das Warmwasser für 10 Personen Duschen nicht gereicht hat. Die Bodenleisten in die Küche ist immer wieder rausgefallen. Alles wird von Ferienhausvermittlungsfirma verwaltet, die nicht zu hilfreich war, als wir diese Probleme gemeldet haben. Normalerweise erwarten wir, dass uns jemand persönlich alles erklärt, wie bei den anderen Ferienhäuser. Die Gästekarten haben wir erst am letzten Tag bekommen, anscheinend wegen einem technischen Problem beim zuständigen Amt, obwohl wir alle Infos zwei Wochen vor Anreise geschickt haben, wie angefordert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schön und erholsam, die Kinder haben auch viel Spaß gehabt, Empfelenswert :-)
