1 courtyard / wintergarden with entry from the living room, including a sofa group for 5 and a barbeque ( gas) .
1 upper terrace above the wintergarden with lots of sun and 2 sun chairs + a table.
A roof terrace of about 25 m2 with sunbeds, sunchairs , a parasol etc.
One smaller terrace with entry from one of the bedrooms ( private for this bedroom) .Here you find a small table with 2 chairs + the possibility to put up a swing ( for children) or a hammack chair / hammack.

1 large bedroom with a double bed ( 160cm) + a single bed.
The double bed may be divided into 2 single beds when needed.
1 normal sized bedroom ( aprx 15 m2) with 1 double bed ( 160 cm) and 1 single bed.
