Summary: This was a great find for us. We spent a very happy month here. Check in was smooth, and nothing was lacking in the apartment. We found the neighborhood and shopping street to be to our liking. There is plenty of diversity and it is away from tourists. We love to walk, so it was also no problem for us to walk to the beach or old town. The hosts were very kind, and we had good communication. We especially appreciated that the rental was budget friendly without sacrificing comfort. We hope to return.

Summary: Not only was the apartment clean and lovingly furnished, the hosts were also very friendly and immediately responsive. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and the location near the beach and the old town was very pleasant.

Summary: We stayed as a family. Only issue No parking spaces so you have to pay for the parking . The place was clean well equipped and suited us . Beautiful views form the balcony of the Russian church.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this property. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfy and the balcony gives you the chance to enjoy the lovely weather whilst admiring the stunning view. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Le Piol was one of the best places that I have ever been. The apartment has new appliances and all amenities. It is spotlessly clean, bright and cheery. The view onto the cathedral is magnificent. To have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the cathedral with birds singing and visits from mourning doves cannot be imagined. The hosts quickly reply to all mail immediately. Their instructions to the apartment were concise and easily followed. I cannot give a high enough recommendation for this beautiful place. There is no place that you could find that you would be more comfortable or relaxed than here. I look forward to my next. visit.

Summary: The flat is located near the train station and the sea (both appr. 15 min) and has a view to the beautiful Russian church. The flat is modern, clean, fully equipped and perfect for a one-week stay or for even longer. The lady who welcomed us is really nice and kind, the communication went smoothly with her. Overall, I can recommend this place.

Summary: We had an excellent holiday in the apartment, there was everything you could need in there. It was very central for transport by train or bus. The view of the Russian Cathedral was lovely and it was great listening to the bells the few times that they rang them. Cecile, who met us at the apartment with keys etc was very helpful and informative. Thank you so much

Summary: We were warmly welcomed and shown everything we needed to know about the apartment by our host. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with a modern kitchen. We loved the walk-in shower also. Lovely balcony the catches the sun for most of the day, we enjoyed having breakfast here with the sun beaming onto us. The area is very quiet and about a 10min walk to Gare de Nice-Ville. Would definitely recommend and return for next trip to beautiful Nice.
