Summary: While the owner was very responsive, we ran into several issues during our stay that made it not as great as it could have been. Pool heater was not working, which we were aware of prior to our arrival. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty although the owner did send someone out to clean once we contacted her. The backyard had sprinklers running often, so the grass was often wet and soggy so kids couldn't play as much as they had hoped. The back yard was the main reason we booked this property, we just couldn't enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The house was clean and is very spacious with lots of space and comfortable beds. The office area was nice if you need to do some work or make calls during your stay.

Summary: House and outdoor area was great and Tammy was very attentive to any needs. The pool was a big hit with slide and waterfall. Thanks for a great Christmas vacation and hope we can be back next year!!!

Summary: Upon entering the property the alarm went off and scared us all. That was a bit stressful and not super welcoming. There is a large barn structure and piles of junk behind the pool, which isn't shown in the photos. The biggest disappointment was that the jacuzzi was only usable for one of the days of our stay. It wasn't discovered until the day of our arrival that it wasn't working. I think that could have been avoided with checking it sooner. The instructions would be easier to follow with photos. The owner was quick to reply to texts and the house is in a nice neighborhood and was easy to find. It has 2 driveways which was nice because we had multiple vehicles. It was also nice there was no set limit on the A/C. The last place we stayed we couldn't turn it down lower than 75 and it was too warm. The firepit is huge! Could seat a lot of people around it. They provided floaties for the pool which was nice. Overall it was OK, but because of the jacuzzi issue I can't rate it 5 stars...that was a big deal of us and all of our guests.

Summary: The house was very spacious and accommodated my family. The pool area was very nice, relaxing and inviting. The information for the WiFi was not listed in the guest book and it took 2 days for us to get the correct one via email. The pilot light on the oven was out and had to keep getting relit in order for us to cook. The very back bedroom pillow cases had hair on them so we ended up washing the entire bedding. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Summary: We had our family out to celebrate our middle child turning 5. Everyone could not believe how beautiful and resort like this backyard feels. The house is stunning and had everything we needed. It was a fully stocked kitchen. It was simply amazing. Will make more plans to come back here with the family.
