Negative: Upon arrival around 6 p.m., we still had not received the entry instructions. I called the host, Mike. He insisted that he had sent an email with instructions. I had not received it. Could he text it? Mike did walk me through finding the lockbox. However, he was unbelievably extremely rude to me.I explained that we had had a very long drive with our first EV and were seniors. He berated me for explaining that I was having difficulties. He told me to "stop talking so he could help me help myself. I was just trying to be friendly. We couldn't get the lockbox open. Luckily a tenant helped. It took him over 5 minutes to open it. In all of my years traveling various locations throughout the world.I have never been spoken to so harshly by a host. Ever! If we hadn't already paid, we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Negative: 1. The noise levels from the upstairs apartments have been exceptionally loud, to the point where it’s sometimes impossible to sleep. Additionally, in room 3, the staff’s loud videocall conversations near the cleaning room wall made it very challenging to rest ion the morning, especially during the holidays. This situation is particularly inconvenient for those who need rest or are traveling with children or pets, who may feel scared or stressed by the noise. 2. The pricing listed on the website stated that "all charges are included," we were asked to pay an additional amount for cleaning and taxes. Moreover, we were informed that these charges must be paid one day before check-in to avoid cancellation, even though this seems to be a mistake on the property's part.

Positive: Property was in a great quiet location, close to amenities and universal studios which was the purpose of our stay. Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly with any questions we had. Pool was clean and a great addition to our stay. Room was clean and large enough for our family of three. Bathroom could be a bit more cleaner but wasn’t an issue for us. Parking in the street was also good, there was always room and the neighbourhood seemed very safe and welcoming.
Summary: Perfect stay for universal studios and Hollywood visit!

Positive: The pool The privacy Helpful but not intrusive owners Quiet residential area with free parking in the street. Close to Warner Bros and Universal Studios.
Negative: Despite air conditioning the ground floor suite got very stuffy at night. The air con controls are situated in the main house so not available to the holiday let. Kitchen facilities very limited, plug in two ring hob, microwave oven, kettle and coffee maker. Small under counter fridge/freezer. Someone and utensils.
Summary: Nice place to rest at end on road trip.
