Charming Studio City area garden apartment located near Universal Studios, Hollywood and NOHO Arts district. Close to Burbank, many of the major studios, Griffith Park, (hiking and riding trails), LA Zoo, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and downtown LA. Santa Monica and Venice beaches are about 25- 30 minutes away. Disneyland about a 40 minute drive.
The apartment has a four poster queen size bed in the bedroom with a full just remodeled bath attached, (tub and shower), a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests if needed, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a wide covered porch surrounded by trees off the living room with a love seat, table and chairs and is a great place to relax out doors and watch the humming birds at the feeder. The kitchen door leads down to a private fenced and landscaped yard with patio furniture, shaded by a majestic elm tree..
There is also a gas barbecue grill.

Summary: This property was perfect for all our needs. The place was pristine when we arrived and I have never stayed anywhere where the kitchen was better stocked with all kinds of kitchenware. The grounds are well kept. The location was great. We will be back.

Summary: We loved our stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. There were fresh flowers in most of the rooms and a fruit basket with snacks waiting for us. We were only 4 miles from Universal and 8 from Hollywood blvd. I stayed with my teenage children and the place was perfect for us. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Summary: I can't rate this property high enough! It deserves more than five stars, that's for sure. The location is ideal because it is near where our son lives, but that's just the beginning. My wife and I were just awestruck at how beautifully the apartment was decorated in perfect vintage style, but yet the kitchen and bathroom were so updated with every new appliance and both rooms so bright. I haven't even started yet. The porch just made us feel like we had lived there for years. We spent as much time there as we could. The back yard was our own private virtual paradise, even though there there are other residences around it. Helen and Diane are just so nice and welcoming, it isn't a surprise the apartment felt like home. We even got to park in the carport, which is engulfed with so many fragrant flowers that we just stood by the car and took it all in every time we got there. Thank you Helen and Diane for your tender, loving care. We just can't wait to come visit again.
