Positive: The property is spacious, quiet, tastefully decorated and well appointed (with all the amenities necessary for a longish stay). It is also well situated, very close to an underground station and shopping. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
Negative: We were initially given the incorrect code for the lock box, but this was rectified through a phonemail to the host. This initial glitch was soon forgotten though, as everything else was great!

Positive: The hospitality of the Landlord was very kind and comforting. I visited London with my Family and Parents. The Landlord was very kind in that she provided a beautiful gift and allowed many things not included in the package. I will always come to visit this place, not only because we loved it, but also because the Landlord was welcoming, and hospitable, and provided me with the best experience I would dream of with my beloved family! The back garden was amazing! The front garden was full of roses! The beds were large and the house was full of equipment! The place was warm enough and no concerns about electricity usage were requested by the Landlord! The location is easy to go to underground toward the city, using Kilburn station (Jubilee lane!)
Negative: Nothing, the place was far beyond my expectations. A note to remember, If you are traveling with an Elderly, please be careful when going down the Ladder toward the Kitchen, or Conservatory or Garden, even though it has a side supporter, It is important to take all measures and eliminate any possible risks of fall.
Summary: The best Family London experience of a life time! warm and hospitable by the place and the landlord!

Positive: We had everything we needed, possibility to wash clothes on a family trip is a huge plus. It was nice to sit in the sunroom and watch birds. squirrels and foxes. Location is very nice near Tube and grocery stores. I definitely can recommend this place.
Negative: The Kingsize Bed was a little soft for our backs. The kitchen was little tiny to try to eat with 5 but we moved to sunroom - maybe it had worked also in the living room. The host was Super helpful but maybe some "guidebook" about trashes and cooking (How to use gas stove and elecrical oven - > remember to First put the switch on... ) might be good idea for foreigners to get around.
