Summary: The house was decent though, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the hot water consistency was horrendous, but for the price, it is what you would expect. BE WARNED about the property management, they were an absolute headache to deal with. We had an issue with our parking permits and I spent over an hour and a half on the phone trying to reach the PM the first night we arrived out of fear of receiving a $1,000+ fine (as stated multiple times by the PM). Finally, I was able to resolve the issue but it was definitely not how I wanted to spend the first few hours of my stay. Not professional at all. Get local management and be more organized.

Summary: Overall nice property, close to Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges. Unfortunately, we had NO hot water for the first THREE days. Maintenance was responsive, but took they a while to get it fixed. Still waiting on the compensation that was promised for our troubles.
