Summary: This is the second time my crafting group has rented this property. The sun porch is perfect for our needs, with the windows letting in lots of light. (If there was more light available at night--can lights in the ceiling over the table, for example--that would be even better, but I realize our lighting needs are somewhat unusual!) The kitchen is large and well appointed, the appliances are modern and work well. Just a very comfortable house, with lovely views of the lake.

Summary: This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. The layout of the house works for our group. There are several places to sit and relax without feeling cramped and on top of each other. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner with no problem. The house was clean upon arrival. The downstairs double queen bedroom could use a bedding refresh. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing f from the boat dock. Hope to return again next year.

Summary: The home was extremely clean and nicely furnished. The location on the cul-de-sac was very secluded and quite. The 5 o'clock hour on the deck was nothing short of perfect. We had a wonderful weekend.

Summary: Everything was fabulous other than the fact that we didn’t have sheets for the hide a bed we were counting on to accommodate the layout of our family. There were no beach towels but we didn’t get real wet outside, just kayaked. The kayaks and pool table were much appreciated! The fire pit was wonderful although we didn’t realize we needed to supply our own wood until we got there. our family had a wonderful mini reunion!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The property was extremely clean. I don't believe we had any issue during our stay. We really enjoyed the dock. Loved how the property is secluded. Can't really ask for more, the property checked all the boxes we would need. Seamless entry and very grateful you're notified if the house is ready early. 5 out of 5.

Summary: Lovely home tucked away in a nice inlet off the North Anna branch. Easy access to the entire (public) lake. Neighborhood has a boat launch as well. My wife and I, and four adult family members, were very comfortable.
