Positive: The size, location and facilities (swimming pool, spa, gym and pool table)

Negative: Could have had a tin can opener and tea towels and maybe a welcome pack with info in. But only little things.

Summary: Loved our stay and was a great location to get around la. Supermarket was a 8 minute walk so that was ideal too

Positive: We had such a great stay here—it was even better than we expected! The place was super spacious, really nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and homey right away. We loved how bright it was during the day with all the windows, and the little balcony was such a nice bonus. The whole complex is clean and well kept, and there’s a beautiful shared patio and a pool (though we didn’t get to use them since our stay was short—we definitely wish we had more time!). It was also really quiet, which we were happy about since we had little kids with us. Even though it’s close to Venice Beach, we didn’t hear a thing—super peaceful. Selim was a fantastic host—very warm, quick to respond, and gave super clear instructions, which made everything easy. The gated parking was a big plus—there were two spots, even though we only needed one. Just a heads-up: the walk from the parking to the unit is a bit of a trek if you’re carrying groceries, luggage, or wrangling kids. A foldable wagon would be really handy! Also, if you’re coming with toddlers, bring a foldable baby gate—there isn’t one in the unit, and we just used chairs to block the stairs. Overall, we’re really glad we stayed here and would definitely come back. We wouldn’t even look for another place next time!

Negative: Physical position of the apartment within the complex meant it was a bit of a walk getting in and out of the complex

Summary: A very good start to our USA holiday staying quite close to Santa Monica Pier, Muscle Beach etc

Positive: The location was lovely, we walked to mothers beach or drove there parked (cheaper than Venice beach) and walked to Venice beach. the pool , jacuzzi and weight room were lovely. we enjoyed coffee on the patio Beds we're comfy and the management was very helpful

Negative: we could have used TVs in the rooms and pool towels.
