Stay in a luxury condo that you would love to call home. A distinctive and stunning 'brand new' restoration of the historic Hibernian Hall.
A gorgeous kitchen featuring ubatuba granite counter tops, stainless appliances, maple cabinets, and tasteful pendant lighting in a wide open floor plan provides a wonderful environment for gracious entertaining or those private family dinners.
The large open living room has beautiful large windows, recessed lighting and remote controlled gas fireplace. The hardwood red oak floors give the entire first floor a distinctive warm look and feel.
The condo features a roomy office/den on the first floor which can be used as a third bedroom. A full bath and laundry completes the first floor.
The beautiful wood staircase with oak handrails brings you to the second floor where you enter another den or home office. This space has a vaulted ceiling and is flooded with natural light from the skylight and light entering from above through large french doors leading from the mezzanine to the deck. There is another full bathroom off of this area. The wonderful red oak floors continue throughout the second floor.
The first large bedroom has big windows, appealing ceiling angles, large closet and is nicely lit with recessed lighting and wall sconces. It is a perfect family bedroom or large room for guests. This room contains a queen bed plus bunk (this room sleeps four).
The master bedroom will appeal to the most discriminating. This room features a cathedral ceiling with skylight and tasteful ceiling lights and remote controlled ceiling fan. The custom arched windows provide for spectacular views of Abbot Hall. You will enjoy the carefully appointed master bath, walk in closet, and a 60 inch heart shaped, double Jacuzzi tucked in a granite and marble room that also features a separate walk-in shower.
Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the mezzanine and deck overlooking Marblehead with a beautiful view of Abbot Hall. The mezzanine has a wet bar and refrigerator for your convenience.
Located near downtown this bright and air-conditioned condo offers the convenience of being within walking distance of everything the town has to offer including only a ten-minute walk to the beach.

Summary: Stayed at a wonderful property in Marblehead for the week while we visited the area (Boston, Salem, Gloucester). Great location! Marblehead itself is a quaint, small town with great restaurants. The Vrbo property is comfortable and clean. Our property host, Peter, is very responsive. We would definitely return to this location and property if visiting the area in the future.

Summary: Overall, this property is very spacious, clean, well-equipped and in a great location to Old Town, shopping and restaurants. The garage that comes with the unit is a big plus as was the prompt and friendly communication with Peter, the manager. We were a little disappointed that the property description didn't mention the dance theater on the first floor which was noisy at times during some days and early evenings. The automobile repair garage across the street was also little noisy at times, but only during normal working hours.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The only reason I gave a three on the description of the property is because in the initial description it says that there is a hot tub. There is only a Jacuzzi tub, but it actually looks like it lists both other than that this place was perfect.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at Peter's VRBO! He was an outstanding host—very communicative and quick to respond. The neighborhood was a delight: quiet, peaceful, and filled with friendly neighbors. The property itself exceeded my expectations; it looked even better in person than in the photos and was incredibly spacious. I truly loved my time there! Highly recommend!

Summary: Loved this place!! Very clean and cozy. Lots of space and beds. Better than the pictures, pleasantly surprised. Glad it had garage parking because if we didn’t have it parking would have been a problem. I give it a 9 1/2.
