Enjoy the peaceful setting of this spacious home, which is just a short walk to the lake. You will have access to an uncovered dock just down the TVA path from the sloped backyard or you may use a covered slip at one of the community docks on a first come first served basis. Simply notify your host with your boat’s registration id to use the covered docks.
Not only are there four bedrooms, but the main level offers a full size futon in a private room, and the lower level has a large bunk room with three bunk beds with six twin beds. The home comfortably sleeps 16 people.
The entire lower level was finished in Spring 2022 and provides a wonderful space for family and friends to hang out, watch a show on the 85” tv, play games, and connect. The lower level features a 13’ live-edge sycamore bar to have a snack while watching a game on tv.
Four kayaks with paddles are available for your use. Assorted life jackets are available, but you may prefer to bring your own fitted jackets.
You may choose to relax outdoors on one of the two decks, on the screened-in porch, or maybe head to the community pavilion to take a dip in the infinity pool or relax in the hot tub. Please be aware that the pool is for the use of the property owners of the subdivision and their guests. As a result, they do set a limit of six guests per property at the pool at one time.
You’ll find a Weber Smokefire grill available for cooking outside, and a large stocked kitchen to prepare meals indoors.
This home is only 16 miles to Murray State University and 50 miles to Paducah, KY

Summary: This property is exceptional. Very clean and lots of space for your whole family. The setting is lovely and the wildlife are abundant. We saw many deer in the neighborhood everyday. The dock is convenient to use with a boat. The neighborhood pool is very nice and clean. We will definitely come back to this wonderful home again. Thank you Cheri for being so accommodating. You are a wonderful hostess.

Summary: We rented this home for extended family to be with our mother for her 80th birthday, as her house in the area is much too small to accommodate all of us. We had seven adults and three children. so there was room to spare since part of our party could not make the trip. This home had plenty of room, was well laid out and furnished, and provided convenient access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock teaching grandkids to fish, rented a pontoon boat and used the kayaks for several outings. It's a little off the beaten path and you will need GPS navigation or a map to get there, but it is well worth the trip!The hosts were very responsive to all our questions before and during the stay. If the opportunity arises, we would love to stay here again!

Summary: The property was beautiful and private. I loved the layout of the house. I was only disappointed in 2 things - no lamps and that not one bedroom had a tv.

Summary: We were all (16 of us) thrilled and delighted by this magical property. The house was gorgeous, immaculate, carefully designed, and appointed with every possible supply, tool, and game we could ever need. We felt as if we had our own private cove and lake. The pool was lovely also, but we only swam there once, because every minute was spent in the lake, swimming, kayaking, playing, boating, tubing, fishing, etc. We loved the peaceful privacy and the incredible natural surroundings. The host gave clear, helpful directions and was responsive to every query. The weather was mostly cooperative and we were able to work around the storms. Best family vacation possible! We can't thank Bo and Cheri enough!

Summary: This location is a true gem on the lake. Nothing too fancy and perfect for the person looking to disconnect from reality. Highly recommend checking out the sunrises down on the dock.

Summary: The room and layout of this house worked well for our families to spend time together and also have privacy. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is close to the dock and we enjoyed the kayaks and also swimming off the dock (with life jackets we brought with us). Our families had a great time- location and amenities worked very well for us.

Summary: Beautiful house nestled on a private lot. They had all of the amenities and necessities you will need to stay here. Clean and very spacious, very accessible. There's only one step from the garage into the first floor. Wheelchair friendly. We had a great time and this place is on our list to return someday.

Summary: This is a lovely, clean, spacious, light and airy home. It far exceeded our expectations. Everything about the spot is superlative...the home, the surroundings, the lakefront and dock. There was plenty to do as kayaks, corn hole ring toss, and many other games and puzzles are included. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The living area is extremely inviting, with a great view of the lake and wildlife. Plenty of room for our four families to join together for fun or seek some time alone. The owners are extremely kind and very responsive. This may be the best VRBO we have ever used. And we loved our stay and hope to return.
