It offers a spacious living room and family room with a large kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the game room & large deck on the ocean facing side with beach access right from the back yard. There is plenty of space for you, your friends and family to rest and relax while taking in the sights and sounds wafting in from the ocean. It has a fenced yard, sun porch and be sure to bring your furry family members. You may bring two dogs max. This home has a wheelchair ramp to access 2nd floor of home & offers 4 gorgeous fireplaces. This home is ideal for family reunions and gathering for the Holidays.

Summary: This is quite a place. As one example, there are four fireplaces—a massive brick structure in the main room, a large fireplace in the den that’s a COMPLETELY different style, a small fireplace in the kitchen(?!?!) and a fireplace in one of the bedrooms. Someone on the trip said it’s like 4 very different houses were combined into one. But it’s a pretty great place. All the oddities just add the the experience!

Summary: Poor Impression. TV's didn't work. Bedrooms/Living room with old and sparse furniture. Broken Kitchen drawers and in poor shape. Unfinished and broken toliets/bathrooms. Non-Maintained back porch area and lots of leaves/dirt on the driveway/grounds. Garage dirty and unable to use. Cold Feeling. It did not feel cozy inside. Overall poorly maintained home. Infant play pen was not there as requested and paid for, but a man did deliver it after our inquiry to management.

Summary: Would I come here again.....yes, if I needed a 5 bedroom Funky house on beach front and couldn't find another. Yard fenced for dog. Easy beach access through Dune. FYI : Ocean not visible because of dune (typical Bayshore topography, but no surprise to me). Fireplace with starter wood provided was nice. Deck very large with picnic table, several deck chairs, nice Weber grill. Parking for 4 cars. Issues: house/closets/cupboards not clean. House is funky, huge and old (outdated). Back sliding deck door off kitchen does not lock and there is no wood dowel to slide in the space. Closets and cupboards were neglected, dirty and chaotic... my guess is owner is rarely there, and they may not have enough house-cleaners attending to it on a regular basis. Rental company said it gets a deep clean twice a year. It was not at any basic cleanliness level to me. The most important stuff....Linens/shower/sink surfaces were clean. Downstairs shower had a moldy ceiling. Flooring dirty throughout house. Kitchen stocked ok, but it took a while to find things as storage in very large kitchen was a stirred up mess. TV's: there were#2 small ones. Wifi worked well . Again: I would stay here again because if its size, location, and met need for travelling with dog. But....would try to find a cleaner more organized house in the future before choosing this house.

Summary: Great house! Big, unique, wonderful location. But ... not clean. Some floors that haven't seen a mop in a while. A lot of disarray. We don't mind old and funky but the cleaning crew must have been in a big hurry. Extra blankets in closet weren't folded, just wadded up and shoved on a shelf. Odd little things like that. Great beach access! Love the ramp, and it's a really interesting structure with LOTS of room! We had a good time!
