Summary: Host was easy to communicate with, lots of parking space, kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, kitchen tools! Pool was very clean, but cold (surprisingly). They had lots of pool towels available. Laundry room is great, we were able to wash and dry towels to use fresh ones the next day. Plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms! Lots of seating for meals. It felt very homey and comfortable for our family.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Even with a little traffic we were at the game in 10-15 minutes. Lots of great home touches and the hosts were great. Would highly recommend.

Summary: It was so nice to have a pool for when the rain stopped, and so nice to be in a wonderful neighborhood near so many things that we wanted to see and do. There was plenty of room for our friends and family, and Kimberly was very responsive--even on her birthday! Loved the shower in the master bath! Easy checkout instructions, too. We would stay there again.

Summary: We were in College Station to perform a memorial for my brother-in-law and had family coming in from Boerne, New Braunfels, Arkansas, and Houston. This was the PERECT place to meet and reflect. It was beautiful, peaceful, and met our every need. Everyone was very happy with the choice and would definitely stay again. Thumbs up!!!
