4 Bedroom Apartment in Netanya

Our spacious (150 sq meters;1600 sq ft), southwest facing, 3rd floor apartment in the Royal Residence apartment building, has a private balcony and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment sleeps up to 7 people. There are 4 bedrooms with master bath en-suite. The 4th bedroom contains a sleep sofa which can function as 1 double bed or 2 single beds, making our apartment perfect for grandparents visiting with children and grandchildren, 2 couples or 1 large family. There are 3 bathrooms each with it's own shower, plus a bathtub in the main bathroom. Our kosher kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove top and oven, toaster, and microwave. Other amenities include washer/dryer in the unit, central air/heat, free wi-fi and free cable tv. TVs are located in the master bedroom and living room (Smart TV in LR). The building has a sabbath elevator. There is a 1 car indoor parking space. Our apartment is wonderfully located-- just minutes walk to the beach, promenade, playgrounds, and synagogue. Restaurants, paragliding, and activities for children are in walking distance along the beautiful Netanya promenade. An English-speaking representative is available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
No smoking nor pets allowed in the apartment.
No Sabbath (Friday night through Saturday night) arrivals or departures.
Minimum 6 day rental.

Summary: It was a great apartment it was very big and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we were 5 people so all kids had their own room. I asked them to Kasher the kitchen before Pesach and it worked out so well. The manager was very accomodating, the balcony and view are amazing, and the location is a close walk to the beach and a great French Bakery near the Verte Hotel. Parking for one car is incuded and that was awesome. Can't wait to come and stay again.

Summary: Pamela's apartment in Netanya is a hidden gem in a nice neighborhood with nice restaurants within walking distance. And did I mention - an easy drive (under 10 minutes) to local beaches! Her local Israel manager, Davi, was wonderful, and patiently waited for us when we arrived late due to a delayed landing and he was extremely easy to get hold of for any questions we had. This apartment is spacious by Israeli standards and is perfect for families. We can't wait to come back one day!

Summary: the apartment was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. the front mirpesset (balcony) was beautiful, breezy, and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening, often while eating dinner. Unfortunately we were misled by the map showing the location of the property, and since vrbo refuses to reveal the address before the rental is paid for, we were very disappointed. we lived in Natanya for several years and wanted to be in the center of old Natanya where we didn't have to get in the car to get to the beach, go grocery shopping, to the shuk, restaurants, etc. Our landlord was lovely, kind and helpful, and as I said the apartment was all we could have wished for. But I can't imagine booking with vrbo again without first knowing the exact location of the property in question.

Summary: Great property! Spacious 4 bedroom flat in a perfect location with a super balcony looking out over the Med! 5 of us for 2 weeks and never felt on top of each other. Clean, modern feel, furniture works, nice people. Property manager was attentive and quick to act. Not one complaint, would rent again.

Summary: A wonderful stay. Pam couldn’t help us enough before we arrived and Davi her manager in Netanya was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and very well located in South Netanya. We really enjoyed it and will be going back again.

Summary: All in all we had a great experience. The apartment itself the view and the location were amazing. We only got access to the apartment at about 6:45 PM which was late. And the pool closes at 7 PM which we found to be early but it is because of the lifeguard. Bring your own beach towels!

Summary: The apartment was very roomy by Israeli standards and had three full bathrooms. The location was great for a morning stroll and to venture out in the country by car. The view was awesome. Netanya has much to offer; restaurants, bars and beaches.

Summary: The apartment is in a great location near the beach, parks and a few little shops and restaurants - we didn’t bother going into the square to eat because the restaurants close to the apartment are really good. The apartment itself is a good size but it was not very clean and everything inside was a bit mismatched (bedding/towels etc had seen better days!). There wasn’t a clothes airer to hang any of the wet towels etc so ended up spending quite a lot of money on the electricity bill at the end because I had to use the tumble dryer so much to get things dry - 7 people including 3 young children makes a lot of washing! The toilet also flooded when we were there and the door handle fell off all the time which was annoying...I think a little bit of money needs to be spent to bring it up to the standard that I think people would expect and also that some of the other apartments in the block are.
