Ultra Luxury 2BR/2.5 BA Townhouse in the heart of Lake Carolina. This townhouse offers two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds with private bathrooms, as well as a half bath downstairs. This spacious townhouse can sleep up to six people with the pullout couch downstairs. Our guest rooms feature quality home furniture, bathrooms with tile floors and showers, large social spaces, cooking and dining spaces, complimentary Wi-Fi, and basic cable TV. Kitchen featuring granite counters, appliances, that comes fully stocked with pots, pans and the necessities of the cook in your household. In living room featuring big flat TV.
We provided beautiful linens, provide plenty of clean towels, liquid soap, dish detergent.
Our neighborhood constitutes a unique blend of residential and commercial homes. You can walk to the farmer's market, Iwine shop and restaurants. Many of our favorite shopping stores are within 5-10 min to drive.
Monthly rental welcome, make note monthly booking with us be cheaper than a hotel stays, please inquire. We are required minimum stay 5 days.
Damage protection is available and optional through VRBO for your protection. It covers any accidental damage that might occur such as broken lamps, furniture, windows, damage to bedding, lost keys etc. We now require a $250.00 deposit at booking for potential damages. If there are no damages VRBO automatically refunds this amount back to you after 7 days.
This is a non-smoking unit, no pets are allowed, and a minimum age of 30 policy. No parties or venue events are allowed.
Check out at 11 am and check in at 3 p.m. We can make adjustments to these times based on rentals in the subsequent day upon request.

Summary: We come down a few times a year to visit family. This was by far the cleanest property. In other reviews they mention the stairs....it is a townhouse, so for me stairs were expected. We would stay here again. The stairs did not prove to be an isse. The location is great.

Summary: Although it did say in the description that the bedrooms were upstairs, it did not say that there were stairs to get to the first floor. We were an older group and it was too much! Also, just before we arrived, the owner sent a message that we were not to wear shoes inside. I would never have chosen this had I known about this rule. It caused a problem for one member of our party who needs special shoes. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. For people who do not have problems with no shoes and stairs, I highly recommend it.

Summary: Great property! Enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning went out and the owner was so accommodating and gracious. It was diagnosed on Friday and fixed on Monday! We would stay here again.

Summary: This property was rented for five weeks. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The property came equipped with all that was needed. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Although not problems for me, there were stairs into the townhouse’s living areas and road construction nearby. Will rent again. Great!
