Summary: Loved sitting on the front porch enjoying the warm weather! We were in town to visit Austin (maybe 20 min drive) and attend a concert at COTA. Great location for both. House was super clean and comfy. We cooked all our meals there and it had all utensils needed for that! Suzanne was awesome to work with and checked in on us as well! Would definitely visit again!

Summary: Suzanne was absolutely delightful to deal with. She genuinely cared about our comfort and needs, was extremely accommodating and care taking. The place was immaculate and felt like staying at a guest in a well loved, clean home. She checked with us and was responsive to questions or needs without ever being intrusive. The place is well located off HWY 71 so it is convenient.

Summary: About a half hour outside of Austin, but a great location for COTA events. Remote, but nice and clean. Bastrop is just a few minutes away with plenty of shopping, HEB, and some very good restaurants. For the price, a real value, and would stay again for a COTA event.

Summary: We had a wedding to attend locally at the Lost Pines Resort and missed the window for our window booking. Lucky to find this gem of a place nearby. Half the price but met out needs for a place to stay while we enjoyed a day in Bastrop and a nice wedding reception less than 10-15minutes away.
