Summary: The property was beautiful, all amenities were provided..Just needed sheets and towels which we had from reading other peoples reviews... Two refrigerators are in the kitchen which helped kerp all our drinks and food cold for the week and the gameroom had a small freezer and an ice well to keep bagged ice. Perfect week, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stsy..

Summary: Exceptional house that is excellently maintained. Modern. Roomy. Convenient to Island Beach State Park and Seaside Heights and adjacent shore towns. Pool table and ping pong table, large TV in LR, large dining room - - all good. Owner/ landlord was easy and accommodating.

Summary: My family and I had a delightful week. We were 8 adults and 5 teenagers ranging in age from 17 to 13. This house is amazing and better than the pictures. The teenagers were never bored. We brought two paddle boards and they spent hours, launching from the small beach on the property, exploring the bay. Numerous games of pool and ping pong were played. We were even treated to a concert on the piano. The grown ups enjoyed watching the numerous birds. There were Ospreys nesting across the bay, egrets, swans, barn swallows, ducks, geese and of course sea gulls. A few brave adults and the kids used the pool. It was to chilly for the older adults. All 13 of us had a great time and I would definitely recommend for a large group. Suzanne A.

Summary: We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for our large family. Everything inside & out was clean & in New or like new condition. We had an excellent experience with this owner! Would recommend , location was perfect, no real need to leave but close to Island Beach State park, to Seaside Boardwalk etc. Don’t forget your bed linens & towels, we remembered thanks to other reviews!

Summary: We met with. college friends from up and down the east coast to celebrate our 50th birthdays. This house was perfect. Enough room for everyone, so clean and what a view. Thank you to David for being easy to work with and great accommodations.

Summary: This was our second year staying at this property and we booked already for next year. Love everything about the house and location. It is just breathtaking. Summary: Gorgeous house and property with lots of space to entertain and store things. David was a pleasure to deal with. There are some upgrades/fixes that owner is working on for the house but overall everything was great! Our whole family, ages 18-80, enjoyed our time there.
