Set high on the hill in the exclusive One Mile Ridge Estate, this delightful 3 bedroom Condo offers a wonderful combination of comfort, style and charm. You will marvel at the expansive ocean views across One Mile Beach. The ideal entertainers delight, this air conditioned condo provides guests with the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living with the main living room opening up to a full length furnished balcony with private outdoor hot tub/spa and 'breathtaking water' views as a backdrop.
The open plan living area offers floorboards throughout, chique furnishings, Flat Screen Smart TV, Sound System, solid timber industrial dining suite, and water views down One Mile Beach and to the mountains/hinterland beyond. The elegant kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and a Coffee Machine. Large sliding doors open open to the al fresco dining area which includes an outdoor lounge suite, sitting areas, Gas BBQ plus an elevated outdoor hot tub/spa which has been screened off for your privacy to sit back with a glass of your favourite, relax, rewind and enjoy the view.
Layout
Wake up to ocean views from the spacious master bedroom suite which comes with a queen size bed, side tables, walk-in robe, flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. There is a private ensuite bathroom with an internal spa bath, glass shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom also offers direct access to the main balcony area where the outdoor private hot tub/spa resides.
- The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, water views and sliding glass door access to the main balcony.
- The 3rd bedroom offers a Tri Bunk Bed and a set of bunk beds, ceiling fan and access to the main balcony. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, walk in shower with hand-held shower head option sink and separate toilet.
Other features include internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine, dryer and a double garage space. Guests will also have full use of the invisible edge swimming pool and spa whilst enjoying the 180 degree hinterland and water views as well as the communal BBQ facilities located next to the pool.
Take the short bush track from the apartment and walk to One Mile Beach which is a fully patrolled and flagged surf beach Early October Mid April and is the ideal spot for a family getaway, romantic weekend retreat or beach fishing experience. The Surf School operates lessons all year round from Swell Cafe and Restaurant which serves up breakfast and lunch, 7 days a week as well as Sunday afternoon live entertainment and themed events.
Close by is Boat Harbour and Anna Bay is the township where you can grab your supplies, with a Bakery, SPAR grocery store, Newsagent, a garage, restaurants and the Anna Bay Tavern. Birubi is the 4WD gateway to Stockton, hop on a tour or enjoy camel rides and whales in the whales transient season.
Note: Whales have been seen breaching from our balcony that looks over One Mile beach.

Summary: Our stay at this charming unit in Boat Harbour was nothing short of magical! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home—the space was inviting and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we could need. Comfortable bedrooms, quality bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen. But the best feature was a generous deck offering a breathtaking panoramic view of One Mile Beach, the surrounding mountains, and lush bushland. The photos on Stayz were persuasive, but this place is even more beautiful in person. Highly recommended!

Summary: We all had a great time staying in Boat Harbour. The property location is wonderful, offering excellent views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Also, location was convenient, within a short drive to all amenities and shops and a short trek down to the beach.The house was very clean and well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.The hot tub was a hit as was the pool, for a refreshing dip after a long day on the beach.Overall. we all had a great time and loved our stay in the property.

Summary: Stayed here for a few days with my family and it was beautiful. Perfect cleanliness and responsiveness from the hosts, gorgeous place, close to beach and places to eat / shops. Also close to lots of activities you can do with the family but away from the chaos.

Summary: We stayed for 4 nights, two families of four (3yo - 11yo) and the property was brilliant. The views and the outside decking were amazing, even better than the photos! Brilliant place to sit, relax and eat as a family. Also great having the hot tub that we used each evening when the sun went down. Property was really clean and spacious both inside and out and was the perfect stay. Thank you

Summary: How can you be on top of the world and next to the beach at the same time! The Deckhouse boasts of impressive views of One Mile Beach, sunrise and sunsets, playing whales, and just an amazing ambiance all around. Grant's hospitality and his well-equipped condo made our Spring holiday one to remember. Hopefully it doesn't get too popular so we can book again soon. Thanks!

Summary: From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of the views. This apartment undoubtedly has the best views of the complex. The hot tub is a marvellous place to watch the sunset and the night sky. The place is very spacious, comfortable and well laid out. It’s only a five minute walk down to One Mike Beach, where there is a cafe too. Grant was very responsive whenever we had questions. We hope we can make it back again in the not too distant future.

Summary: As described - well appointed, comfortable, clean. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Grant's apartment for a quick getaway. Even with poor weather we were able to enjoy the outdoor spa and sitting area. Everything you need is there to make your stay comfortable. We will be back, but next time we'll book for at least a few nights, to really enjoy the experience.
