Our home of 2500 sq.ft. plus 1100 sq.ft. basement with a spectacular water view including a background of coastal mountains. Our home is adjacent to world class 18 hole Fairwinds Golf Course. It is a 3 minute walk to Brickyard Park and swimming bay.
You can also spend some spring or summer time here at our home for a minimum of 2 days.
Come spend a mild winter in our home (1 month minimum) which contains a large modern kitchen, dining area and living room with a stone wood-burning fireplace (wood supplied). Spectacular view from all 3 rooms (great room). Master Bedroom(with full ensuite), Laundry Room, Powder Room and Computer Room all on main floor. Ground level entrance. Secured heated garage. 2 bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom.

Summary: Six of us really enjoyed the ocean view property. The location is great near the ocean and convenient to walk to a community park nearby. It was well equipped in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts explained in very details about the property when we checked in and answered all the questions from us very patiently. We recommend to anyone who go to Nanaimo.

Summary: The house was very comfortable and well equipped. As there were just two of us, we had a luxurious amount of space. It was slightly disconcerting to know that Dave and Patsy were staying in a trailer just behind the house - tended to make me feel a bit guilty taking over their home! We enjoyed the beach at Brickyard Park, and had a good lunch at the Fairwinds Golf Club (good attention paid to social distancing). Dave and Patsy were very unobtrusive, and of course most welcoming when we arrived.

Summary: My sister found this place I had found something else.. she made a mistake and put 6 adults and i did not notice When I booked there was 3 adults 4 kids one which we were unsure would Come when we booked. 2 days before we were suppose to show up we get a message that they will be waiting for us and they forgot to tell us that they live in a tiny trailer in the back. Which if we knew we would of 100% not of chose this place our kids were unable to play outside because they were there set up with chairs Outside and had company over. On multiple occasions they came to do laundry inside without letting us know or knocking until we saw her in the house. We thought everything went ok it’s a great location yes we were pissed they didn’t mention they lived there this clearly is their house and they just go In the trailer when they have guests. But she bombarded me at the end telling me how mad she was about the extra guest and that They charge 100 for a 7th guest. Which if she would of had said that we had absolutely no problem paying it. Other than that the house is Nice and if you don’t mind the owners there and not social distancing it’s a great find fully stocked

Summary: Very spacious full-size house with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach path as well as parking. Was much more comfortable for our family than hotel rooms are. Could use a wee bit more dusting throughout No pool access however which should be taken off the description. We had a very lovely stay overall and would highly recommend to others
