Summary: Beautiful balcony suite overlooks Chautauqua Lake. Walking distance to lake, restaurants,shops. Splash Tapas/Cocktail bar is a must do! The hosts Susan,Shawn and son are great! Highly recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed the view off the balcony and great location. Shops and restaurants all walking distance. Nice new condo, great TV and channels, full kitchen, easy parking. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and Susan and Shawn were great hosts. The units were practically brand new and spotless…there was a good distribution of space and every appliance and kitchen tool you might need. Even though we didn’cook , it was all therw if you needed and you could walk to everything. Thank you!
