Positive: The best thing about this property is location. A Publix grocery is literally across and down the street one block. You can walk to the Pompano Pier and beach in about 20ish minutes, along with some cute restaurants & shops. As for the property itself, the kitchen is nicely updated, the place was very clean and the A/C worked like a champ. For 3 nights, we were very comfortable.
Negative: It’s very clean, but note it’s also worn. The large mirror in the living room has a damaged corner, the shade covering the front door glass is ripped, the kitchen table is dinged up,there’s a bit of mold on the caulking in the bathroom. The one thing that could have been a big problem - but wasn’t b/c we moved a chair near the doorway to serve as a reminder - is the substantial drop between the bathroom floor and the hallway floor. This is an accident waiting to happen for someone headed to the bathroom at night.

Positive: Location is great! The market Publix, beach and pier are a few minutes from the house. You can park two cars in front of the house. There are beach chairs and umbrella, and a grill for BBQ. This is a pet friendly place. The backyard for my two small dogs was nice! Very quiet, comfortable and cozy place. Strongly recommend it. Definitely I will book it again. 10/10 place!

Positive: cozy and close to all the shops, beaches and very beautiful sunsets not far from the place of residence, a bay with yachts and a dog park 0.6 miles away.
Negative: When we checked in, it was very clean, I had to wash the floors under the beds, there was trash and hair on the table!
Summary: There is not much to beautify the area around the house on the site.
