Summary: This property was more than adequate for our needs. It is spacious and set up for visitors. It does have a more lived in feel than other VRBO places I have stayed in.

Summary: The owner should check the dishes to make sure they are ALL clean for new guests. The lock type was new to us. When the owner emails the client make a note that one must touch one of the numbers on the lock to activate the light and then the client can key-in the numbers. We finally did after about 2-3 minutes effort.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. Only issue was the listing says there’s 3 bedrooms (accurate) and 2 rooms with futons in them, but there was a couch in the den and a small couch in the living room, not really beds. Listing could use some more updated, accurate photos to show how it’s clearly a lived in house and not a full time rental.

Summary: The location of the home was great and the woods at the backyard are beautiful. We had fun feeding the squirrels that come out on the back porch and it was nice that the owner left food for us to feed them. Our only negative, is that for us, the home is too personal. It's obvious that the owner lives there on a regular basis and uses the downstairs area when guest are above. The pictures did not show the extend of personalization in the home and we immediately felt like we were intruding on someone. Other guests may not feel the same way, but has rental owners ourselves we always keep our places nicely decorated but without personal effects. Thank you, though for opening your home to us.
