Summary: The poace was clean and front desk was friendly. Breakfast was not great because someone had called out sick and there wasnt much food at 9:00. No cups, no eggs, no bread, slim pickings. And the pool was cold. Expected a heated pool.

Summary: Quick check in, clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was at 7:00 am but some guests needed to get to events rather early. The breakfast staff let us get food a little bit before 7:00 am which was most appreciated.

Summary: Right from the start, the Manager checking us in was off putting and showed a severe lack of interest in his job. He rushed us through the check in process, and gave us a harsh attitude when we asked if we could get conjoined rooms with our family (we called to request prior to our arrival and the woman who answered the phone said that they COULD do that for us). The Manager had a severe lack of training in customer service/satisfaction. The rooms themselves were alright. Clean, but cheaply updated. The bathrooms are incredibly tiny and lack room for comfort. The TV was outdated and did not work well. Beds are not ideal if you have back issues. The hotel had 1 working elevator. So unless you chose to take the stairs, you had to wait a considerable amount of time to get on the elevator. Room service carts also clogged the hallways. Even during off hours they remained in the halls. The breakfast was bare minimum, and the food that WAS there looked low in quality and re-heated from the previous day. My family will not be returing to this property in the future. Don't let other reviews fool you. This property has gone downhill big time. For the current price to stay, its a down right ripoff.
