Summary: My son and I stayed here to watch our Nationals play the Pirates at PNC park. Location is perfect for visiting the ballpark (or a Steelers game if it was football season). Parking is limited so be aware if you’re coming in late, you might have to park in front of the hotel temporarily and you can simply move your car in the morning like we did. The food options were your typical hotel fair, nothing really special about it. There are better local breakfast spots in walking distance that are more representative of Pittsburgh and surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Difficulty finding parking. Kaylee, the desk person, was very rude Said parking wasn't her problem. Said the guests were told not to leave because they may not get parking Nobody told us that. Our check in person was helpful. Kaylee was rude and unprofessional. At checkout, I was told they would remove parking cost due to this problem. However, I can't imagine a hotel not having enough parking accommodations for guests. It isn't acceptable...and to have a desk person be rude and keep saying parking wasn't her problem. Horrible customer service!

Summary: It was fine. Little hard to get in and you really have to watch if you are going during a game at PNC park as roads get closed down. Had to have go go gadget arms to reach the toilet paper.
