Summary: Started off with not knowing about parking until it was too late. If it would have been a refundable trip we would have switched hotels to be honest. $32 a night after paying for said night is steep and should be listed boldly at checkout. The beds were mediocre and sheets weren’t deep enough to stay on the bed. (It wasn’t anything crazy, just two toddlers and us) Hair dryer was weak as can be and super old, honestly seemed 90s. Pool was nice and not overly chlorinated, just echoed loudly which is pretty normal for a pool area. Breakfast was good and had a fair amount of options including healthy options. Parking could be a bit better especially since we’re paying extra for it. The AC/heat was extremely outdated as well. Wasn’t digital and the units were just as outdated so it didn’t push out much. We travel a lot and stay at quite a few hotels so overall I’d say probably a 6/10 due to being quite outdated for the pricing. The posting also said the united center is 18 minutes out, wrong try 40. And I get traffic can vary that but each time it wasn’t even close to 18.

Summary: The hotel was excellent, and in a good location. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept in at a hotel. Breakfast was good. Just be prepared…parking isn’t free as hotels.com says it is. It is over 30 bucks a night.

Summary: Breakfast buffet was really nice plenty to choose from, the beds were ok not amazing but ok, pillows were good again not amazingly supportive, the air conditioner was old school thermostat so could never get it just right in the room which was disappointing. Overall a nice place to stay. Close walk to the blue line. A couple restaurants close walking distance as well.

Summary: The hotel was nice and clean the staff was very friendly only thing we had a problem with is the parking we not use to paying a t a hotel to park and it wasn’t enough spaces for the guest

Summary: This used to be my favorite hotel..but some things have gone downhill. Check in was annoying. I had already paid for the room but of course they needed a card for incidentals. Since i didnt have the original catd i had to go through an entire process of adding a new card. Second annoyance i needed to pay for parking but had to set up an entire new account with a different company to pay for parking. Kiosk was near the front desk.but also outside. And of course parking has gone from free to 25 to $32. One of the people in front of me complained only to be told not too graciously that other places charged more. So in short i had to give credit card number to two new companies. Now i have to cancel both nrw accounts since im very protective of my information. Prices are up but thats not a surprise but process of check in was more complicated than it should have been.
