Welcome to our spacious and inviting getaway! Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our stunning house is the perfect destination for large groups, family reunions, or corporate retreats. With room to accommodate up to 20 guests, you'll find ample space to unwind, relax, and create unforgettable memories.
As you step inside to the left you will find a spacious living area with ample seating and large windows that fill the space with natural lighting making it the perfect sport for bonding! To the right is a large fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. Preparing meals for your group will be a breeze!
The main level also contains 1.5 bath and a laundry area.
When it's time to retire for the night, choose from our well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The master suite is a true oasis, featuring a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. The two remaining upstairs bedrooms offer a king size bed and a shared full bathroom. In the basement you'll find another cozy living area, full bathroom and bedroom. The "bunk room" contains 3 sets of full over full bunk beds each with a twin trundle.
Outside is a deck with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or night cap! Take advantage of the FREE community pool, basketball court, or playground.

We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.

Summary: The place was more than adequate for our group. They were very attentive to our needs and readily available. I only contacted them to tell them about minor problems that were there when we arrived so they were aware it wasn’t dine by us. This is something they might consider is to check their cleaning crew. We dropped something on the floor and moved the couch and found several trash items including a piece of toast. However, what we lived in including bathrooms were clean. We only had one kitchen dish towel for 3 nights. The home was beautiful. The appliance were up to date and very nice. The mattresses in the bedrooms were so comfortable. The decor was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Summary: Rented to attend wedding. Spent first night very cold as heating system didnt work 38 degrees outside. No extra blankets to be found nor brought to us after asking several times. Next day hot water hvac fixed. Then hot water didnt work and we all needed showers for wedding. Had to bother the wedding attendants to go to their house to find hot water! No air circulation in basement rooms once temp came up during the day either. This rental is pretty but obviously not checked out. Location is good. Just very disappointed. No offer of compensation for the time lost and frustration.
