Summary: Great home with enough space for 12 of us to celebrate a family birthday! We cooked, ate, played pool, watched movies and enjoyed a few walks around the neighborhood when it wasn’t raining. It was a cozy home. Do wish we could’ve gotten the fireplace going and if it hasn’t been raining we definitely would’ve enjoyed the cute back yard/fire pit. A wonderful time had by all!

Summary: The house worked out fine as we were in and out visiting family in the area that were close by. We were able to grill and have nice meals at the rental. The back yard is small but the patio is nice. Confortable beds. The kids enjoyed the pool table downstairs. Overall it worked out nice.

Summary: We had a wonderful time and everything was great! We enjoyed the home and it had everything you could need when traveling with a young family. Our kids are asking when we can go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: This place is setup really well. Everything is very clean, comfortable, and stocked. Pool table was in great shape and we made good use of it. The back yard was nice with a couple of resident rabbits just laying around. The beds were all comfortable.

Summary: This is a great option for those traveling with a family, especially if you need multiple room/bed options. There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor, and one bedroom in the finished basement. There was a futon and air mattress in the basement which we did need to utilize for a 5th bed. There's also a TV and pool table in the basement but the TV was broken during our stay. The basement also has a half bath but those guests will need to shower on the main floor. The kitchen the fully stocked with what you may need to cook at the location - including children's dish ware which was helpful for us. The table seats 6 but we did squeeze 8 in with the leaf for one meal. There is a grill outside but unfortunately wasn't working when we tried to use it. The backyard is nice - but not private! Which is fine, we just weren't used to it. There was plenty of sitting space in the living room and the TV there was easy to use. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a good size. We did have an issue when we arrived where the code didn't work, but the owner was quick to respond and did everything possible to get us in as quickly as possible (which we eventually did!) I definitely would recommend a stay here - the house is well kept and the neighborhood is super cute. I'm only giving a 4 star review because of the broken items that we weren't able to utilize during our stay. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest!
