Positive: Well equipped with furniture and deco and large space. Barbecue outside is nice.
Negative: Kitchen faucet not working. Cutlery not cleaned (maybe for the same reason).
Summary: Nice place to stay if facilities would be 100% working.

Positive: The place is clean and located in Hakone near many attractions. We drove to the Gotemba outlet for only 20 minutes. The wooden deck for BBQ is nice.
Negative: When you arrive, you need to check in on an iPad, which is located in a small hut that's not very obvious. There are also two locations of the facility with the same name, so be careful about that (check on your booking in advance to confirm which one you need to go to).
