Welcome to your home away from home! This cozy Treme gem, located steps from the historic French Quarter, is the perfect home base for a weekend of NOLA exploring. Featuring a spacious open-concept kitchen/dining room with granite countertops and a comfortable living room, along with original hardwood floors and exposed brick, this Creole Cottage has everything. Relax with beer and crawfish on our back patio before hitting the Bourbon Street just a 10 minute walk away. 30 Day Minimum.
Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar + dining room. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!
You will be given access to the home during the checkin process. We have digital locks and alarm systems for your convenience. Street parking is free.
Please note we have a property manager that lives in a separate unit on the premises.
NOLA streetcars are a great way to get around and tour New Orleans. For more information and to buy riding passes ask your host!
Long-term tenant lives in attached apartment on property. Uses separate entrance and does not have access to guest space.

Summary: Location to French Quarter was awesome. Everything was about a ten minute walk away that we wanted to see. The food was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable. The stay was very nice.

Summary: Rented this house for a bachelor party (everyone 30+) and it was perfect! There were 9 queen/full-sized beds spread out in 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It was about 10-15 min walking distance to the heart of Bourbon ST which made gettin around pretty easy. We could walk to a corner store for snacks, beer, and alcohol. We were also able to instacart groceries to the house for breakfast/lunch. It had a backyard with a couple picnic tables so we could sit outside if we wanted to. The house was very big, clean, and secure. There was coffee pods and a Keurig for us to use, clean bedding/pillows/blankets, and plenty of clean hand and bath towels in all the bathrooms.The hosts/property managers were very nice and helpful, and even left a case of beer in the fridge for our arrival!

Summary: About a 20 minute walk to all of the “good stuff” in the French Quarter, but far enough aware to not have to deal with the noise and associated Mardi Gras problems. Plenty of sleeping space. Nice open modern kitchen if that’s what one needs. New small business coffee/sandwich shop about 2 blocks away for your morning needs. Very nice stay.
