Positive: We stayed at Ocean Villas and initially had a bit of trouble finding the correct address to enter into Google, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. Entering the gate and door codes was simple, and the location was great—just a short walk to both the beach and the heated pool. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, with two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo was spacious and we could see the ocean from the front door, and the balcony overlooked the heated pool, which was a bonus. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper provided for our group of three adults, which made the stay even more convenient. The kitchen was well-equiped, and the condo included a washer and dryer for our unit. However, we did not use them. Used beach chairs were also available.

Negative: All of the confirmation emails listed the condo as “St. Augustine Beach 2BR Pool & Beach Access,” so we had a hard time figuring out where to go at first. It would’ve really helped to know that the sign out front actually says “Ocean Villas.” It was great that beach chairs were provided—that was a nice bonus! A few of them are starting to show some wear, though. Totally understandable since not everyone takes the best care of shared items

Positive: We came to visit Flagler College. It was a good distance to the college and it was great to be able to get right to the beach. The condo was very spacious and clean.

Negative: We liked everything except the fact that we couldn’t find an iron
