Summary: This was absolutely one of the best places we stayed during our three-week road trip through the southern states. It's a small, cozy place with a unique atmosphere that makes you feel less like a guest and more like you're visiting a generous relative. We couldn't recommend this place more and would happily stay here again!

Summary: Didn't have extra sheets in the lake house, floors seemed like they could have use a good sweeping and mopping, it was a great location for downtown, plenty of space in the lake house, just really needed more towels, sheets, coffee and cream, usually the first evening we get there we use the laundry detergent provided, coffee, cream, salt and pepper till we get to the store in the morning none of that was available. I would definitely stay here again though I'll just make sure I've got that stuff on hand.

Summary: Very walkable spot to the unique historical St. Augustine. Wear decent walking shoes. Clean room, food was good, nice to sit in the rockers on the 2nd floor after a long day. Scenic spot. Easy parking!

Summary: Everything was great except I took a bad fall walking down the steep stairs at night and didn’t see the last step so it would have been good for the stairs to have some sort of lighting right on the steps or at the bottom to prevent falls

Summary: A real gem. Unique touches from lemonade, coffees, happy hour, cognac, snacks. Clean, beautifully maintained, sitting areas, antiques, pool and historic charm, comfy room and bed.

Summary: 1894 house was a delight. We were not on the main property but the 1894 house a short walking distance or drive. It was a very homey feeling staying there for a birthday celebration. Walkable to the historic area or trolley stop. Staff at the inn were very friendly.

Summary: Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of refreshments and tourist information in the common area, both day and night. In a great location (close to museums & restaurants). Strong wi-fi in our room, and good TV streaming although the TV could have been larger. Water pressure in the shower was good. My only criticism is the shower was in a jacuzzi tub and a bit tricky to step in and out of. Also the floor of the shower was a little slippery so not ideal for older guests. Otherwise, a great stay!

Summary: Great property. Enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour. Also enjoyed the bikes. Not too far of a ride to the lighthouse and beach. Easy walk into the heart of things. Lots of thoughtful touches in the cottage and available in the main space. Would definitely stay again.
