Positive: Absolutely beautiful cottage in the most unique location. The rooms are large and bright, the beds are comfortable and you can waltz in the kitchen if you wish to. The highlight of the property is the garden! There is literally a steam train going through the dreamy woods at the foot of the hill. And at dusk there is an orchestra of wildlife sounds. There is so much to see. Ashdown Forest is endless, the nearby farm is superb source of food supplies and the local pubs are fab. Emma is a brilliant host and a great communicator.
