Summary: I have stayed at the Hotel many times, the only thing I was disappointed with was Housekeeping as they didn’t bother to replenish the tea and coffee on any of the days even after I had mentioned it. It is still a pretty good Hotel but not as good as it used to be.

Summary: The hotel was ok for one night. I think the rooms need an upgrade. New bath and the pillows are not comfortable. There were quite alot of marks on paint work. The air conditioning wasnt good so we opened the window but then to be woken up early in the morning by the security guards talking loudly. Also the cleaner knocked at our door just after 9am and woke my daughter up. Not sure why as we were only there one night!

Summary: I booked a stay for 2 adults and 1 child but booking seemed to only state 2 adults, member of staff at reception could see there were 3 of us but didn’t mention room was only set up for 2, told us breakfast was also included but it wasn’t so we were expected to pay £16.95 per head the following morning so we declined. When entering the room, it was not set up for 3 people so I called reception and explained and they said they would set this up for us but when we returned to the room after the game, nothing had been done.

Summary: The people are great .. especially all the food and beverage people. Ground staff entering parking great. Iconic location (especially if you are a Chelsea fan)!

Summary: Amedities were great, clean, great if your a chelsea fan, also if you arnt. I would say only disappointing part is the lack of in your face chelsea art work etc, sometimes felt like a generic hotel

Summary: Furniture and Walls a little worn. Nice staff wonderfull location even if were not Chelsea fans.

Summary: Our stay was nice although the room was very stuffy even with air conditioning on. We had to open the window and then it didn’t start to cool down until about 2:30am ish. Staff on reception were very helpful.
