Summary: The secondary room in our suite had no airflow. It was freezing in that room and the main room was unbearably hot since we had to force the warm air through the open door. It defeated the point of having a private room when we couldn’t keep the door close due to the lack of heat. The pool was also under renovation which sucked since we only booked it during winter for the indoor pool usage. They didn’t tell us it was under construction until a few days prior.

Summary: The room was spacious, but could've used a little extra cleaning. The floors could've been vacuumed a little bit better, but relatively the room was fine. Easy place to find as it is one of the few hotels with a white fence out in front. Close to the mall and plenty of eating places to choose from. Also one of the few hotels that can accommodate a larger family as the suite rooms have three queen beds. You have to book quickly as the number of larger rooms are limited.

Summary: The room was very clean and even had a gas fireplace! Sadly, the pool was being serviced, so that was a little disappointment. Staff was helpful.

Summary: Room was above and beyond of what I was expecting. Parking wasn’t to hard to find. Room was ready when I got there. Didn’t have to call anyone for assistance. If I needed anything I could text someone right from my phone
