Summary: Room was above and beyond of what I was expecting. Parking wasn’t to hard to find. Room was ready when I got there. Didn’t have to call anyone for assistance. If I needed anything I could text someone right from my phone

Summary: Staff were so friendly and check-in/out was so easy. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Great, affordable place to stay as a gateway to Big Sur!

Summary: Checkin is at a kiosk, virtually meeting with someone in a different country. Walls and floors in room must have zero insulation as we coukd hear every conversation of the people in rooms next door and below. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There are no blackout curtains and very bright lights all down the hallways, illuminating the room all night long. It was like daylight throughout the night.

Summary: The check-in is excepted to be all electronic but i hasn't seen the email before arriving. We happened to catch someone at the counter who did assist us. The room was two separate bedrooms with one shared bath but the bathroom door configuration was very odd. It was convenient that both bedrooms had access but only one door locked from inside the bedroom so we had to work out a system to communicate when the bathroom was occupied.
