This is a charming home with a riverfront view! It has easy access to the interstate and located approximately 7 minutes drive from Yeager Airport and the WV State Capitol Complex. It is only one mile from Charleston Civic Center, Charleston Town Center Mall and close proximity to all major hospitals in Charleston, WV. Magic Island and Haddad Parks are within walking distance, as well as, the Clay Center. In front of the house and on the opposite side of the street are running and bike tracks. Don’t forget to try the many restaurants nearby! You will love staying in this spacious nearly 3,200 square foot home! You can sit on the front porch drinking your coffee with a riverfront view or you can kick back in a recliner in the living room and watch the 70” flat screen tv. The kitchen was completely remodeled with high end Jenn-Air double oven and electric stove. Feel free to stay in and use the kitchen to cook the family a good meal or visit one of the many nice restaurants nearby. When you want to rest you can escape to the spacious master bedroom for a nap or head to the third floor recreation room to relax and watch tv. Don’t forget about the newly remodeled bathroom with marble and custom walk in shower.

Summary: The property was wonderful. Very convenient. Clean safe, quiet neighborhood. The owner was unbelievably quick to respond. The home was very nice, well kept. Price was a bargain. Summary: The property was well kept and the house was large enough to hold our large family! The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals for the family. The beds were comfy and plenty of air mattresses! We enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Charleston we will stay here again!

Summary: Second stay here and still a majestic riverfront home! Love the location and the charm of this historic property. Huge fan of the number of sleeping spaces and bathrooms! Our group of five stayed with plenty of space for privacy. Love the third floor… it was actually my favorite place to sleep. The A/C works great!

Summary: The space was everything we needed and more. It was more than we expected. The air mattresses would not stay inflated, we were fortunate to find this out before we needed them and the host promptly purchased new ones and brought them to the house. Everything worked out well for us.
